Just Closed – 19.9 Acres Residential Land

Mimi Song Company is pleased to announce the closing of 19.9 acres of residential land in the City of Adelanto. We represented both the Buyer and the Seller in the deal.

The land offers zoning suitable for the development of workforce housing based on densities of between 5 and 8 units per acre. As we reported last week, the City of Adelanto is in surprisingly short supply of finished lots. In fact when viewed against recent successes by DR Horton and Frontier Homes, the city’s finished lot supply could be absorbed in a short amount of time. Development of raw land and paper lots could be needed sooner rather than later as demand for housing is baked into Adelanto’s cannabis cultivation rules – a portion of cultivation business employees must live in the city.
